For greatest I say
Casear (Roman empire wasnt as big as the Mongals but it was the most prominant)
Underated: John Pershing (Lead the US through WWI, doesnt get much bigger than that)
Overrated: Ulysses Grant (For some reason, I never liked him, but Im glad we arnt fucking rebel bitches, puls, he wasnt that great)
As far as the guy who said Hitler, I say OVER RATED.
The reason Germany struggled on ground battles is because since he was in the army in WWI he though he could help command, but he was bad. Thats why the whooped us alot in the Air and Sea, because he knew he was no good there. You could say that we could have made more efforts to assaininate him, but had we, the war may have lasted longer and more soldiers would have been lost. But on the plus side, maybe the holocaust wouldnt have been such a priority to the Nazi bastards.
Julias Ceasar. The one who rose up from small begginings to be a highly respected man, to be the dictator, and then Stabbed by Brutus and other senators.
