who do you think is being groomed as the next captain of your team?

a-mans question has lead me to this one but i was going to ask it eventually.
my thoughts are that brys-gibbs is being groomed to be the next leader at carlton.
but im sure it will be a while of as far as im concerned.
but steve kernahan has very good raps about this young fella and to me he is slotting in nicely at carlton to become the next captain.
who do you think will become your next captain and why?
