I guess it depends on what kind of intelligence you're going for.I say Barack Obama, Bill Clinton, and Woodrow Wilson. Wilson is, thus far, the only president to have had a Ph.D.

Well Barrack Obama as no prov-en record but looks as though he might be good for America, J F Kennedy certainly did his bit for the space program and the 120k new invention that achieved, Eisenhower was a brilliant man and deserves consideration but my three choices would be at position three President Lincoln, in position two J F Kennedy but by far the most Intelligent in my opinion would be President Teddy Roosevelt,
