Who do I talk to about getting my promotion in the army for previous NJROTC

experience? I only did one year, but I know that promotes me to an E-2. I've brought it up to my recruiter and she hasn't done anything, so what can I do(if anything), I leave for basic training this Tuesday? Please help!
