i recently ate a frozen tamale listed as 7 grams of carbs/serving by buenofoods.com. i should have known that it was too good to be true.

i'm a diabetic and it made my glucose level SKYROCKET! i'm allowed 25 grams/meal. this is less than 1-third.

i want to report them to a government agency. any suggestions? i couldn't find a website when i searched yahoo.

You could try to write surely but no one gives a darn about the quality of fast food, frozen food or American food chain anymore. I suggest eating fresh and healthy food. There's one brand named Amy's on the Internet that has more quality food for the same low price. There are many glucose burrito monitoring responsible brands and guess what they are on the Internet. Those are shipped by big box full of them for half the store price. Those healthier brands are also not at the grocery stores most of the time since they run out of healthy stuff quicker.

Start by sending a written complaint to the address listed on their website. Also, send a copy to: http://consumerist.com/
After that, you can file a complaint with the FDA.
