I need to file a complain against a NY company who I was working for as an independent contractor. I am waiting for a check since June now, and they keep giving me "the run around". Its excuse after excuse why I am still waiting and I can't take it anymore. It wouldn't be the Better Business Bureau - I believe that is for consumer complaints only.
Who do I go to to file a complain against a business?
