ceiling and they have done nothing? I've had numerous maintenance issues since moving in. Most of which they continue to pass over. I'm not sure the maintenance personnel are qualified to do the work they are doing. I'm not even sure they are legal citizens along with half the apartment complex. I need to know who I can contact to get something done. The birds in the ceiling are over my bedroom as well as my kids bedroom. They have started pecking holes in the ceiling and the odor is starting to spread.
