I recently purchased a kia from the Mazda dealership in my city. I have had the car for less than 2 weeks. So last friday I go to a car wash and ever thing is fine till im driving off. Water starts dripping from the gas pedal. Then all of a sudden the gas pedal isn't functioning. Only at 10 mph. Not safe right? So i stop at a mechanic and says the windshield has been replaced incorrectly resulting in the leak. So i take the car to Mazda and they say they can't help. Now the Manager test drove and himself said it wasn't safe to drive yet would not help. So i rented a car but i don't feel i should pay for it since they should have inspected the car before selling. How can i get it reimbursed?
