who do I complain about companies cheating in providing cheap calls to india ?

Company called planettalkinstant.com has deducted £5.00 twice so far from my mobile's credits without my permission. I never even use their services but somehow they got hold of my mobile number and keep deducting my money. Please could someone tell me as to who can I complain to about this company ? And also how do I get my money back from them ?
 
maybe they are feeding hungry kids in the slum ! you should have some shame plum balls !
stealing food from thgose kids.. what a shame !
ask em to deduct 10 pounds..
