I can understand that there are machines that will put chips and resistors, caps etc on the circuit board 100's at a time.
But who designs these circuit diagrams? Can entry level engineers do those microsscopic circuit designs?
I can understand they can lay out parts using a PCB design software, But who does the "Which resistor goes to which chip " and " how much value should be for this cap or which microcontroller for this situation"? There must be a million, ok maybe 1000 things to consider for one single product , isn't there?
Is this the job of the Senior engineer?
