Who composed the original sound track for R-Type (Arcade, 1987) ?

I found quite a complete list of the composers for the later versions of the game, like Amiga, Amstrad CPC, Atari ST or Commodore 64. But I wasn't able to find any information regarding the original composer for the Arcade Version from 1987! Can anyone find a source that gives this information?
