Who claims the title as the worst team in baseball?

The Royals, Mariners, and Rockies are all front runners for this position. You could also throw in the tigers though they have a very talented roster they are just having an identity crisis. Take your pick and tell me why
 
Probably the Washington Nationals for me... not based on record as much as who's on the roster. I'm not really high on any of their players sustaining a high level of play.
