at mid-semester? The semester is half over & I still haven't received my financial aid. I have had to set up a payment plan & borrow the money to pay two of the installments. I called Monday last week & was told they would have it posted by the end of the week, yet nothing. I called Friday & was told it would be posted by the end of the day. Nothing. I called Saturday, the lady says she needed an answer to a financial question before she could proceed. I answered. She promised she would be at the school all day & it would be posted. I even called twice, with no answer. Still today Tues. 9-29 there is nothing posted. I have been at the school asking them questions many times. They are still no help. My FAFSA automatically told me I would get the maximum of a particular grant. I just don't understand what the hold up is. Is there anyone out there that could be notified & get this taken care of? Thank you!
