My mum is 82yrs old and lives in a 'residents only parking' cul-de-sac. The properties are Warden Assissted. She has new neighbours who moved in this year and although I have asked them nicely many times, they insist on parking their car right under their window and across the path where my mum has to walk. There is also another neighbour who does exactly the same thing opposite and he too blocks off the other path. This leaves my mum having to 'walk' down a grass embankment to my car (with help). My mum is disabled and has a Blue Badge. I have complained time and time again to the Council and even took photo's, but they say it is not down to them. The neighbour next door does it even if there is a place to park so I think he is just being a pain in the arse. Surely there is something I can do and someone to complain to who will take notice. Any advice please?
Joss-it is council owned property which is why I find it strange that there is nothing they can do. I have even told them (nicely) that god forbid, should my mum have a fall, I will hold them liable. Still nothing is done.
