who can I complain to about door staff?

Last night the head door man of a very well known club in Birmingham threatened and intimidated me in front of my friend,other paying customers and one of the managers.The long and short of it is this .I date one of the door staff at this club and because of this the head door man doesn't like me.Last night as I was going in (Im female 5"2 this guy is well over 6foot)pointed his finger in my face and told me "Im a guest in the club and as soon as the show is over Im to leave if I harass his staff he will throw me out"Well first I payed for my ticket to get in and harass his staff that would be me just saying goodbye to my boyfriend two nights early and it really was just a case of see you later bye and this was at the end of night I was very careful not to speak to him while he was at work because of this guy making things hard at the club for my boyfriend.I didn't reply to the head doorman as I was taken aback.Anyway last night I tried to put a complaint in with the owner of the club who would only speak to me with the head door mans son there(he is also a doorman at the club)and just fobbed me off and was in fact quite rude.I said I would put the complaint in writing to him which I will but as there is no head office I cant see it getting very far.Who else can I complain to?
