whose in charge of education in government?

How can I get hold of them?

I have a new educational mentor initiative which has worldwide potential to get youths off the streets, off PS2 and into universities. It could produce the next Alexander McQueen, the next Scientist and the next Mervyn Peake author.

Where can I apply for sponsorship?
Who can I approach re Education in the government?

Alexander McQueens a rare peace of work, if you want to do somthing like what your talking about go try to open a tech chool near a high school, check out RCA rockdale Carear Academy, its a good place for high school students to find a carear they will enjoy,
