If I am jobless and have creditcard debts of up to RM100,000 while holding 4 properties which have loans of up to RM450,000.00, can anyone help me get a loan?
Amount needed : RM200,000.00 or approximately USD60,000.00
The aim of the loan is to be used as ;
1) RM100,000 debt consolidation ( of creditcard and personal loans)
2) Renovation RM50,000 for renovation of 2 units or properties namely
a) 14-20-13 Taman Alor Vista, Relau, Penang.(to be rented out after reno)
b) 86-21-18 Taman Desa Indah, Relau, Penang.( to be rented out after reno )
so as to allow the properties to fetch a higher return
3) Capital for PLC - in real estate, incorporating 2 units of properties currently held. The fees of setting up, rent for office and everything else needed.(RM50,000.00)
If anyone knows anyone who can help me or point me to the right direction, I would be indebted.
I would then be able to repay in the region of RM1000-RM1500 in the initial years of repayment period. As such, I would appreciate the longest term available.
