These things are usually quite tricky to do, getting someone to find the time to read a whole script is quite a demanding thing.
I have to say if you are passionate enough about it you should be finding yourself wanting to invest a little bit, if you really think the world needs to see your writing.
Best thing can be is send it off to publishers, or find the address of a local writer, there are plenty of them about.
Key thing you must do though is make sure the first line is captivating, without that it will be a skimming job, not a deep analysis.
