Who came up with human embryology first?

My muslim friend told me that it was in the Quran where Muhammed first described human embryologyy with quite accurate detail but someone else now says that Mohammed stole that from the Greeks and that it was the Greeks who first came up with this concept of Embryology. Who is telling the truth here?
