etc...? What are the company names that buy advertising for them such as on billboard, newspapers, tv etc...
do they have their own department or do they hire a third party to buy media space for them??
For example, if I own a newspaper and want bell or koodo to advertise who do I go to to tell them about my paper and ask if they want to advertise?
Also, does anybody know of a list that exists for these companies...
