Who believes that convicted murderers should be placed on a national registry

just like sex offenders? I say a person who has been conviceted of murder without just cause (as in defense or accident) should be placed on a national registry, and neighborhoods should be notified when they move in. Why don't they do this?
 
Pedophiles are predators who thoroughly enjoy molesting children and they will NEVER stop even after being released they just prowl for another victim


Most Murders are crimes of passion they are not repeat offenders
