who are the owners of Shendish Manor, Apsley, Herts?

Due to a terrible incident where a waiter split a whole tray of bucks fizz on my gold designer dress, I now feel the need to contact the owner of the hotel/conference centre to advise of my dissatisfaction and complain.

However it seems that the internet does not contain details of the hotel's owner, only the managers etc, who are unhelpful.

I just need a name of the owner so I can further my complaint. All help is greatly appreciated
