Okalahoma. Presiti had a plan. Stuck to it has now Oklahoma are going to the playoffs.
Utah. Have been consistent.\
LA Lakers. Are generally a good team. Just because you are in a big market doesn't mean a team is good. Look at New York.
Houston. Neraly made the playoffs besides loosing there two best players to injuries at the start of the year.
Boston. How does a team become one of the worse teams in the NBA to winning a championship in a year.
San Antonio: Luck has played a role in getting Duncan, but generally they have made great moves. A few GM's (like Presti) came from the Spurs system.
I'm not including Cleveland as they just got lucky in getting LeBron, the best player in the NBA. There team without LeBron sucks.
Portland has just got deep pockets. They haven't done too much recently besides offering great promise.
There maybe a team that I have forgotten. Denver has gone well recently but they made some bad moves in the past. If I have forgotten a team, please let me know. Orlando is boardline in my opinion, and Dalla haven't done much in my opinion, though Cuban is the best owner/
