Some students just got to pick whichever poster they wanted, and others had to give a reason why they made their decision. The students who had to justify picked the humorous posters, but those who didn't have to explain were more likely to choose the artistic posters. A follow-up survey found that those who didn't have to justify their decision were more satisfied with it in the long-term....
