It's so commonly said by climate change deniers that people who believe in man made global warming are addicted to their belief, and cannot bear to think that it might not be true. So I think it's about time that we ask them. Personally, I believe that man-made global warming is real, but at the same time I can promise you that I would rather it wasn't! If it could be conclusively proven that it was wrong, I wouldn't care that I had 'been arguing on the wrong side' one bit! On the contrary I would be overwhelmingly relieved. The trouble is that I have looked into it quite thoroughly, and everything points to it being very real indeed! What about the rest of you?
