I've noticed this mainly in the fall/winter when the weather gets cooler, but it concerns me because sometimes my hanRAB will get whitish blue on the palms, but then if I rub them a lot or wash them in warm water they will get more color to them. Could this be from anxiety/stress? When my one friend was going through a divorce and had a lot of anxiety she developed Raynaud's disease, but she also has Celiac's so I think she's more prone to the auto immune things. I've never mentioned this to my doctor, but it's kind of concerning me. Anyone else have experience with this or have any suggestions?
