Whiteheads and Acne and Rash

I posted in the skin section for my whitehead problem but I seem to get acne pimple like structures without the white part of the head all over my body. Just like maybe 5 or six of them but it's irritating and I have developed a rash on where my beard grows particularly on my right side. How do I clear this up? I use moisturizers and I have a humidifier running 24/7. I don't know what else to do.
 
Have you tried using a clay and tea tree oil soap bar? I use that and it has been working wonders on my skin, clearing up my whiteheaRAB and blackheaRAB.
