Which is better to consume daily? I know people out there are saying "It doesn't work" and most likely people will post about it without bothering to read this all, but truthfully by experience it really does. I feel better. It makes so many things taste DELICIOUS and for reasons unknown my heart-burns are nonexistent. My taste buds are changing for the better too! I don't have the urge to eat salty things as much as I use to.
