white spots in the mouth

I have white spots in my thoat.I have taken antibiotic many a times & and also taken homeopathic tablets but nothing is happening.white spots are still there,apart from surgery what can I do?
 
It may be a thrush (yeast) infection in your throat. Best to see a doctor for proper diagnosis.

Have you tried gargling with Listerine mouthwash? If it is bacterial infection Listerine may help. Mix water with Listerine to gargle.
 
Are they flat spots, or are they raised? I can't say I know too much about having just a spotty color that is flat, but I used to regularly get tonsil stones. I'd usually have one larger one in the same spot, but also smaller white spots that were small stones. This isn't what you mean though, is it?
