White smoke coming from 1994 toyota camry, 180,000 miles on it.?

I have researched this and got so many different answers. The smoke only occurs when the car has been sitting for a while. I just drove it to taco bell and back, under 2 miles, and the smoke completely stopped. When i started it back up when I got home it didn't smoke at all. Also I have noticed no leakage in the Antifreeze/Coolant. Just wondering if anyone may know what it is. It has a kind of fresh oil smell also. Any help would be awesome.!
 
heads stopped up hold more oil on top of motor or valve guides wore out letting oil drain into valve is tail pipe black and wet you know its burning it think woreout can look under car at motor and know if it has a leak most likely wore out cant have compression check easy
