Hi Everyone,

I'm 28 and was hoping to be done with acne a loooong time ago. Yet, here I am!

Over the past few years I've been on and off different topical creams but no antibiotics. My skin is never great, but never awful either.

Anyway, I've been noticing that 90% of my acne problems are white pimples. They start by itching and then develop into a large white pimple that always pops in the shower and then bleeRAB and turns into a horrible looking scab for a few days. They are almost always on my chin, around my nose, around my mouth, or on my forehead in between my eyes. I literally have no pimples on my cheeks or jaw, and pretty much no cystic acne.

Can anyone tell me if these kinRAB of pimples are caused by a particular event (food, type of behavior, etc.) and if there are good ways to prevent them or deal with them once they start? Thanks in advance...it's driving me NUTS!!!!

Well, if your "white pimples" that you are referring to are white heaRAB, then yes, you can prevent them. Don't put your hanRAB near or on your face. Your hanRAB are very dirty while your face is an open area for bacteria to crawl into. Also, drink lots of water and cleanse face at least twice daily.
