I am Mahesh aged 20 from india. I am observing some wort of white pimples on my testis and If I Bind them the white string of matter will come out.Sometimes white fluid will also come just like pimples on face.
I never had any intercourse or dirty things.My Briefs are gettting very rough at the bottom especially where these pimples occured. They are very itchy and If sweat persists it will be like hell for me.I am worrying about this please help me
