when i get white heaRAB , they are raise bumps on my skin which are filled with white puss. At this point they dont stand out so bad. but after poping, bactira enters the poped spot and the pressure i applyed forces blood to the serface of my skin, as a result the once not so noticeable white had becomes large and bright red and can last for days. i can't just walk round with a white head filled with puss on my face and i can't stand haveing many big red spots, although a few aint so bad. so how can i remove the white head with out makeing the spot red or bacterially infected?or should i just leave them allown?????
