Whining Nortbridge Fan?

I have the EVGA 750i FTW motherboard and ever since i got it the northbridge fan has made a kind of whine that is kind of annoying. I'm positive it's this fan as i have disconnected it and the whine goes away. I am not positive what i should do, disconnect it, leave it replace it or what.
 
I had the same problem with mine Gigabyte mobo, northbridge fan made a very annoying noise as well... When i took it out no more noise, you can replace it... places do sell chipset fans... If its underwarranty, ask eVGA what they think about it.
