Whine noise...transmission going bad?

92 Isuzu trooper, 3.2L v6 4x4. Vehicle is whining. cant hear until around 30 mph then progressivly gets louder at higher speeds. Whine goes away when I take my foot off the accelerator or if I place tranny in Neutral. Shifts perfect with no hesitation. Opinions? Fixes?
 
you might have a vacuum leak take wd40 and on all the vacuum hose if there is e leaks the winning will go if not trans problem
