while on xanax do they cause headaches?

while on xanax do they cause headaches? I have been on xanax for eight years and never had side effects from them. I am getting headaches and I dont know If the xanax are causing them or is it my other medications. I also am on Zoloft and copaxone (for MS). Any suggestions??
