Which would you want for cooking with rocks, granite or limestone?

A chemistry question on my test referring to the specific heat capacities of granite and limestone. Which would be more effective? Mass of both is the same, c for granite=0.45kJ/kg*K, c for limestone=0.11kJ/kg*K
