which would win in a race 1976 ford f150 or 2006 ford expedition?

a 1976 ford f150 California short bed with a 6.6 liter 400m finely tuned has 4 inch lift with 35 in. tires. against a 2006 ford expedition xlt with a 5.4 liter Triton v8 completely stock(has surprising power)?. race would be in the street not the desert.
 
what kind of race? what kind of mods to f150? who cares? one is made to haul cargo, one people. fuel delivery has absolutely nothing to do with which will accelerate faster, what gears does each have? im willing to bet the f150 has tons more torque than the expedition too..
 
The Expedition - more gears, more torque and more power (hp), probably less weight than the 1976 F150. IF THE F150 is STOCK AS WELL - otherwise, who knows?
