Which would be the programming language of choice to build a website, ColdFusion

8 or PHP? Please, if you do not have experience with both languages, don't answer. I need to know from someone who can program in both languages to give a fair comparison. Need to know level of complexity of learning each language, programming pluses and minuses etc..
Server price is not a factor as both are now available in open source.
