Which would be my best buy a yamaha 1900 or a harley road gluide?

its not what you pay but what you like to ride its what your butt tells you so go sit on a few bikes and what feels good to your butt wil be right bike no matter if its a harley or yamaha its what your butt likes that matters

Go for a Yamaha 1900 then, you will spend less money, and have it left over for road trips.
