Which World Of Warcraft game should i buy full version?

Im a new gamer to WOW and ima start playing it,im not sure what i should do in terms of full games. I know that the new Cataclysm is coming out but thats an expansion kit,i do realize the Lich king was another recent realese bubt im just not sure what i should get so can some1 help meh pleasee
