Which Word Format do I select so the person i'm sending the doc to cannot copy or edit?

I'm sending a document and I don't want the person i'm sending it to to be able to copy the words out of the document like a pdf format on plain text...Anyone have any suggestions on which format I should save and send it as? Thanks
PDF Format people can still copy the words out of it...So looking for different format
