Which women's hiking packs should I buy for day hikes and a 1-2 night backwoods trip?

My boyfriend and I are going to Glacier National Park this summer. I'm looking to buy a good pack or two now so that I can use them during my training for the trip. I need both a day pack and an overnight pack. I'm almost 5 foot 7 but I only weight around 115 on a fat day, so I need very narrow, adjustable packs. I'm also looking for something with a nice suspension system, even for a day pack to keep it away from my back -- something that works like an airzone back panel is great. I'm also wondering how large I should go for a 1-2 night backwooks trip. Am I looking at something in the 50 liter range or something smaller? Does anybody have any recommendations?

Thank you! I'm really looking forward to making this a wonderful trip, and I know that good packs can make all the difference when you're out there for three to four weeks.
