which WMA to OGG Converter do you use?

As the subject says which WMA to OGG Converter do you use? I am looking for a converter which is not an ripper. I have the files on my comp already in WMA format and would like to make a seperate folder and convert them to OGG files. Does anyone know of a free program which will do this. I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance as always.... I am posting this in both the s60 and s80 bc ogg is standard on both os's
