...does not open? Which Win Vista (Vista Home Premium) update, in the past 2 months, makes so that my MS Outlook 2002 does not open?
The application starts to open, then fails. I have done a restore, and it has stopped the problem from occurring. Right now going back in time and not doing any updates seems to be the solution. I am sure there is a better one.
