Which website should I use to order my cellphone? (Sony Ericsson, Satio)?

If you are so scared and have many concerns, don't buy on-line. Go to a phone shop where you can talk to a person and even ask all the questions you have on what you are buying.
 
So I need to buy this cellphone and want to order it online, but since this is the first time ever that I am buying something online, I am so scared and feel like I cannot trust them to give out bank information for Pay-Pal or even credit card information.
Is there a website that you trust? or have used before? I mean is it even a good idea to buy online? What do you think? What should I do?!
