which version of flash is best for animations (like stickfights ect.)?

i have cs4 right now but hear other versions like 8pro or mx04 are better for animation ......also cs4 kinda runs slowly on my pc cuz it old so mabey ill go back to 8 which i had along time ago and was good....thats for any help
