Which version of Adobe flash player do I download for Ubuntu Netbook Remix?

I am a completely new user to Ubuntu and would like to download the latest available version of adobe flash player. The machine uses ubuntu netbook remix, and on the adobe flash player download page offers a few options, which should I choose please?
.tar.gz for linux
.rpm for linux
yum for linux
.deb for ubuntu 8.04+
Sorry, i know nothing about computers, how do you open a terminal please?
