Which Verizon phone should i choose?

so im getting a new phone and my dad wont buy it for me(because some reason or other) but im on verizon and im really liking the droid eris by htc my dad just got it a few months ago and really likes it but lately its been frozen and slow i guess but i dont know if i should get it or not. any recomendations? i want a touch screen and apps but thats all i really aquire so any recemendations? should i get the eris? or should i get a different phone???? this is a difficult decision for me( i can never make up my mind)

THe LG enV touch is the best it is a touch screen and flis open to a full qwerty keyboard. It has a 3.2 megaixel camera. It is great the best! :)
