Which Verizon phone is best?

I am one of those people who drop my cell phone very frequently. Though I would like to get a phone with a touch screen I am nervous about breaking the screen. The phones I am looking to get are-
Samsung Vortex
Droid 2
Samsung Fascinate
If you could please help me choice which phone would be best for me. Thank you.
